::The choice of vehicles is huge. Several acquaintances told me in advance their negative experiences during the consultation. I could now experience this myself. I also have to say that the seller was a bit snooty and incompetent about the technology of a car. Of course I can only tell you about this one seller. All in all, I am dissatisfied with the advice and negotiation with the seller. However, the car was largely fine.

::Unfortunately today (February 6th, 2021) we were absolutely not noticed / taken seriously during our visit to the car dealer. There was no polite greeting and questions were only answered briefly and we were fobbed off with the statement that no consultation should take place at the moment. An alternative communication option was not offered, although the intention to purchase was clearly communicated by us and the viewing was announced in advance by telephone. The employee simply gave us the impression that he was not interested in selling a car. Since pleasant, polite and competent advice is important to us when buying a car, we decided without further ado to go to another dealer. Corona pandemic or not, we imagine customer orientation differently.
