  Unfortunately, the lady from the car rental company located there is apparently totally dissatisfied with herself and life, which she also likes to let the customer feel. In any case, I have never seen anything so unfriendly in customer service. I recommend: new career choice. Just not with customer contact! Maybe as an ice queen.

  This is my sixth time there and I noticed that there are always 4-6 women at the reception, most of them "only" one works the other eats or looks at each other's brightly colored fingernails, which is also not possible in front of the customer to eat or talking badly about customers when you hang up the phone. VW dealers seem to be doing too well. Still !
