  Thanks to our new flu, it is impossible to get an appointment in conversation with a friendly employee, I was made aware that the online calendar "ONLY" is updated or released every 2 weeks. "And so I just had bad luck and have to watch" as the administrative city of Burg for JL just miserable. In MD you just go to the citizens' office and register your vehicle It's just as easy in SBK because the online calendar WORKS. in all other counties it just doesn't work in Burg for JL.

  I've been calling for 4 days and the doorbell rings and no one answers and right after that it's busy and I can't get through it's a joke honestly

  It's just impossible to reach someone by phone, maybe an intern to answer it. The working hours / opening times are a symbol of what decadent working conditions and conditions prevail in the German civil service. As a normal working person, it is simply not feasible to keep appointments without taking time off. Furthermore, the authority is still working here in the 18th century, online / Internet presence is poor underground, or even nonexistent. There are only forms fresh from the dot matrix printer and you have to rely on the unavailable officials for everything. I give it to my trailer to register, it will be sold again and I'll rent one.

  Was there today to register for a car and a trailer. Maybe took 30 minutes. Everyone was friendly.

  The admission office Burg, a place that lives up to the seventh circle of hell. Employees like Ms. Heinemann or the manager, Ms. Klemke, with their bureaucratic thinking, make you feel like you are back in the GDR as a citizen - only then could you achieve anything with a submission, this illusion has long been taken away from us. And so we just surrender to the paper terror. Small-minded thinking is not about looking for the short official route, but rather sending the citizen on the long way home.
