  So far not particularly friendly on the phone, pre-school examination postponed for the 3rd time. It is unfortunate that the scheduling runs exclusively through the daycare, appointments are given and for me as a single parent and working person it is already difficult to accomplish and then they are postponed for the third time. 👎🏻
