  With new cook or owner restaurant is really OK. Rooms are big and clean. Some equipment is more than 10 years PK but still OK.

  Gentle personnel, good restaurant. Rooms are quite old and walls very thin, not great.

  Nice hotel, very clean. Breakfast is excellent. WiFi could be better.

  There was an innocent booking mistake. the hotel gave me a spare - to be refurbished- room and gave the room for free. the five stars are not about the room being for free but rather about the forthcoming staff who made the spare room as delightful as any of their regular rooms. Kudos 😊

  I stayed in 1997 when its name was Haus Puster. The stay was pleasant and it was a home away from home. I liked it. I hope this Hotel is the same with its changed name. Keep It up. Basant Kumar Jangid
