::Have booked wellness day with breakfast. Breakfast nothing special; Sauna too small, pool too cold. A small accident occurred (the plastic stair step was torn) and still needs to be treated on an outpatient basis in the hospital. From the hotel line no inquiries at all! Wait today for a copy of the first-aid book !! For 3 stars not to be recommended!

::Unfortunately, I was not satisfied. The single room was tiny, I could pay extra, then I would get a bigger room! I would have booked this! There was nothing there about mini-nursery. Bed really hard. I had booked dinner with it. In the morning there was a note on my breakfast table to tick ... Choice between 2 starters, main courses. Without price information! When I asked why I can't order from the menu, they asked ... what I would like to have. Ok, that was made possible for me. I was later told that it was reduced because of the circumstances. Unfortunately, I was not informed of this when booking and there was no notice on the homepage. For once I had forgotten my shower gel ... Unfortunately there were no usual small soaps etc. Very weak for a 3 star hotel. Today it is standard everywhere, even with 1 and 2 stars. Breakfast was okay, standard. The service staff was very friendly.
