  Der Berater war sehr unfreundlich und herablassend! Hat sich weder die Zeit genommen mein Problem ernst zu nehmen, noch mir zu erklären warum es nicht möglich ist mein Online-Banking freizuschalten, obwohl ich vor Ort bin. Vielleicht musste sich der gute Herr vor dem Azubi profilieren, auf jeden Fall ist er für Job im Dienstleistungssektor absolut nicht geeignet. Aber auch abgesehen davon ist respektlosigkeit kein Charakterzug auf den er stolz sein sollte. Die Kreissparkasse Tübingen ist aber auch sonst unter den Sparkassen, bei denen ich bisher war, eine Enttäuschung: Oft wechselnde persönliche Berater, Kontoführungsgebühren für Studenten und schlechter Kundenservice.

  Was the 4th time a week at the ank at the counter withdraw money because my card is in Berlin. The consultant was really unfriendly and doesn't want to do his job. As a customer, I can withdraw money 10 times at the counter as long as it is my money as a plus on the account. He almost didn't want to give me any money! Antisocial

This was always possible before the conversion! Why only this branch was rebuilt and the service made so bad that you do not want to go there anymore? It can not be that you can not withdraw money from employees at the counter or deposit, but that must be possible in every bank branch! PREVIOUSLY THIS STORE WAS MUCH BETTER!
