::Der Berater war sehr unfreundlich und herablassend! Hat sich weder die Zeit genommen mein Problem ernst zu nehmen, noch mir zu erklären warum es nicht möglich ist mein Online-Banking freizuschalten, obwohl ich vor Ort bin. Vielleicht musste sich der gute Herr vor dem Azubi profilieren, auf jeden Fall ist er für Job im Dienstleistungssektor absolut nicht geeignet. Aber auch abgesehen davon ist respektlosigkeit kein Charakterzug auf den er stolz sein sollte. Die Kreissparkasse Tübingen ist aber auch sonst unter den Sparkassen, bei denen ich bisher war, eine Enttäuschung: Oft wechselnde persönliche Berater, Kontoführungsgebühren für Studenten und schlechter Kundenservice.
