  Today I had planned to receive advice on capital formation benefits from the district savings bank, as I was exceptionally on holiday and could take some time. Unfortunately, the experience at the branch was extremely disappointing. I visited three branches in total, but instead of getting competent advice, I was consistently turned away due to a lack of appointments. I hope that Kreissparkasse improves its customer service so that future visitors receive the support they are looking for.

  At this point I have to give very high praise to Mr. Eldar Licina for yesterday's appointment. I have rarely experienced such friendly, great and, above all, competent advice. He answered all questions about the topic of powers of attorney and showed us a lot of different alternatives to investing, so we would be happy to come by his colleague next week for comprehensive investment advice.   I was very lucky to collaborate with Mr. Belyavskij because he is very kind, high proffessional and very dedicated person. Also his English is very good. If you ever go to this bank I strongly recomand him as your bank adviser.
