::Today I had planned to receive advice on capital formation benefits from the district savings bank, as I was exceptionally on holiday and could take some time. Unfortunately, the experience at the branch was extremely disappointing. I visited three branches in total, but instead of getting competent advice, I was consistently turned away due to a lack of appointments. I hope that Kreissparkasse improves its customer service so that future visitors receive the support they are looking for.
