  Max. 1 point. Some employees are very hard working. But I wrote an email to the complaint management on December 17th, 2023 and asked for a timely statement, but have not received a response until today, January 29th, 2024. Then I asked for a call back from the estate department 14 days ago (the matter has been ongoing since November 6, 2023), but have not received one to date. To me it gives the impression that you're just wasting time to collect more fees and interest.

  The customers of this savings bank have had to endure a lot in recent years. But apparently that's still not enough, no. If you stay in the Sparkasse for more than 45 minutes, which is not an unusual time if you want to go to the checkout, for example, then you will now pay 30 euros for the parking space or more. Really big cinema, so you can get rid of the last ones.

  Hello dear Sparkasse Mölln, It's nice that you offer your customers a parking option. Unfortunately I forgot to mention that I parked there for more than half an hour. I promptly get a fine of 30 euros. It's a complete impudence. Soon no one in Mölln will have to be surprised that people don't go shopping there anymore, let alone to the Sparkasse Mölln. Mölln is already affected by the reconstruction of the street... without customers you'll soon be nothing. So please let us at least park to support the city of Mölln!!!!
