::I really resisted changing banks for a long time, but now I pay over 12 euros in account management fees and the service gets worse with every increase. In the meantime I have been there several times to have a credit booked. I think it's great when the employees take time for their customers, but every time I stood in the queue for over half an hour without much movement, I have better things to do than stand there for hours. Maybe you should consider whether you would rather invest more in employees and have them on site. Personally, I don't feel like discussing my financial matters on a screen. And for the employee who is alone on site, it can't be any fun to see the queue getting longer and to have to hear the complaining of the customers.

::So I would almost say that half of the reviews are bought. We have been trying to open a joint account at this branch for over 6 months. Unfortunately, despite repeated requests and even after appearing at the branch itself (where a very nice man served us), we have not been able to get the documents, let alone have them rewritten. After 6 months of stalling tactics, we are now changing banks because we don't feel well advised by the fun fund. SERVICE is actually capitalized as a service provider, which I cannot confirm here.
