::At the beginning, communication with the ward staff was okay, i.e. while we were getting used to homesickness. They say if you can't handle something, you're welcome to let us know. My daughter had a mentor who was much too young, her parents' experiences were unwanted, that's how it felt. She had a therapist for 4 weeks then the therapist was sick and there was no replacement and no one was available. Not a single family conversation did my daughter leave without treatment after 8 weeks. No more wasted time

::terrible. - Food was not only disgusting but was also put together incorrectly for people with allergies. - Children are not given enough support/requests and triggers are ignored by staff of all kinds. - The beds are hard and uncomfortable, system is outdated. -Rules are completely unnecessary because they are never followed and are far too strict. E.g.: you can't have deodorant, but you can have scissors

::This year I was an inpatient on ward 2 from February to May. Unfortunately, my therapist and I didn't work well together and a change was unfortunately unrealistic. Unfortunately, the therapy with her didn't help me and in retrospect I think very critically about the therapy. I had mentioned several times what my issues were, but they always referred back to a bereavement and that was the “reason” for everything, so my treatment time was all about that. I was overweight at the time I was hospitalized and my therapist put me into sports therapy so that I could lose weight, which I found really bad because it made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. After walking a few times, she always gave me feedback that I had already made a lot of progress, which was incredibly inappropriate for me at the time, and her words were simply hurtful in the long run. My family and I decided to refuse contact with the youth welfare office, so in discussions with the employment agency I was only offered suggestions that would have required me to move out of home; Since my father didn't want to sign a document that said that the youth welfare office could be involved, I was sent to time-out to think about whether I wanted the therapy and to be able to take the signature with me? If I hadn't taken the signature with me, I would have been fired. At a round table I ran out of the room because I felt incredibly bad, I was treated like an object and my interests were not being acted upon. Then I got a time-in. Now positive: Some of the teachers at Station 2 were really great! I was able to get to know some great patients and educators and am grateful for the time, the school was adapted to the illnesses, which was great for me! Thanks to my medication adjustment in the clinic, I have made a lot of progress and am now finally stable!! And to those who are thinking about going to the clinic, gather your own experiences with KHV! The young people and the teachers helped me the most, but maybe the whole package with the therapist is right for you. Greetings to Sandmann, Mr. G & Ms. Scheu.. from St. 2 If you have any questions IG mira.039✌️

::This clinic was the best thing that could have happened to my daughter. She was there for a total of 5 months and came home feeling very positive. Communication with me as a mother went very well, and I always had the impression that the staff fully understood what was at stake and were able to provide my daughter with a supportive, safe environment even in times of crisis (and these occur in every therapy). . The children and young people are accepted there as individuals and a concept is not simply imposed on them. My warmest thanks go especially to Group 3, especially Ms. S. Sch. and Mrs. K.H.

::The stay was nice Educators on ward 1 Good except for Ms. Wieland Therapist (Ms. Patricia Keitsch) helped on a 7/10 and was a good therapist in general. For me personally, Mr. Nicklaus is out of place as an educational leader I was there for 6-7 weeks (not as long as normal) I wish all patients a good stay and hope you get to ward 1 then you'll be lucky but then again Mrs. Muller Ms. Martinez Ms. VScholz Or Ms. Hugel Your mentor is lucky for you (Go through with your treatment 👍🏽❤️
