::I'm actually very sorry... doctors, midwives, nurses, everyone is super nice and really does their best. The operating area is also super clean and everyone is niceâŠ. A big thank you for that!!!! And in these areas 5 points.. But the hygiene in the rooms on the ward is catastrophic. For a week the cleaning specialists have only been emptying the trash cans... Everything else that urgently needs to be wiped down is always ignored at 7 in the morning. Surfaces walls the floor the toilet nothing was wiped downâŠ. Clearly 0 points from me. The cleaning trolley stayed in front of my room every morning without the idea of ââwiping the floor... For days there were broken pieces of glass on the bed that were not taken away. I am very shocked... I feel sorry for everyone who does their utmost there every dayâŠ.

::I would like to thank to the Doctor that was on the Night Shift between 07 and 08 November 2023. Professional, kind and elaborative. I would like to share my concern over the NONCHALANT AND NOT-CARING Behavior of the younger nurse (there was older one also). We were waiting 30min to bring a temperature measuring device because two of them are not working - hellooo!!! She forgot us totally - pretending doing other stuff. We were in the room after the check-up. She showed arrogance during her entire communication. âI came there with a sick kid, temperature and vomiting all day. The least she could do is show empathy and do her job - not to make us wait in such situation. She even concluded âyour kid is fineâ and went outside the room. While waiting for exactly two hours for the doctor, she directed him to other patients who came after us. I noticed that but I didnât want to make a mess because our goal was to get visited by the doctor not to seek for justice. Imagine - there was only one person who arrived 10 seconds before us and we still needed to wait 2 hours!!! Shameful. We donât ask luxury: just do your job properly - itâs about health of the kids, itâs not a shop assistant in a market.
