  good opening times, you get service quickly and the owner is just friendly, if you have post you'll be happy to come here.

  Although we live in Simmerath, we always like to stop at the post office in Kleinhau on the way to our daughters because we receive friendly, familiar and competent service and advice and know that we are in good hands.

  There is a dark entrance hidden behind bushes and steel bars. The kiosk has nice staff... but a lot still needs to be done in terms of external presentation - lottery and post office as a basic business is not a success story. At least there is a parking space for wheelchair users right outside the door.

  A huge compliment can be given to Ms. Jansen and her employees. Very friendly, competent and quick. But above all, always in a good mood. Unfortunately, these days it is very rare to find this combination. Keep it up.👍
