::I would like to expressly apologize to the employee with short, dark hair at post office 530 (in 52353 Düren-Birkesdorf). And I'm very sorry too! ! ! Due to a stupid misunderstanding, I wrote a not so nice complaint, but it was then deleted! ! ---- This employee is very nice and doesn't hold grudges. There is even the possibility of becoming best friends over time. Then this unpleasant, stressful and embarrassing haunting would at least have had this very pleasant aspect...

::I am always very satisfied with the service and especially with the lovely and nice ladies at the Nordstrasse branch! All the ladies always have a smile on their faces, even when there is a lot going on. I come from retail myself and know what it's like when there's a lot to do or customers can be stressful. ::I've been there several times now and I have to be honest, I've rarely seen such friendly and personable employees. I'm always greeted (which doesn't seem to be a given these days), there's always a smile on my face, and if I have any questions I'm given competent and honest advice. Also important to mention, very trustworthy! Very great shop, I would only recommend it.

::I have a company account at Postbank and have been paying my income into this branch for years. I come on different working days and at different times. But I have always received extremely friendly and courteous service. Quite honestly, some customers should be ashamed of how they treat the employees. Even with rude customers, the ladies always remain friendly. Some people could take a lesson from this.
