The Grandmaster Dirk Bernsee also attaches great importance to courtesy, punctuality and respect for other people. In today's world many people no longer take it for granted. My children like to go there and it also strengthens the self-esteem of many children there. The performance of Grandmaster Dirk Bernsee is extremely commendable.

::One way ahead: Absolutely recommendable !!! I am in the martial arts school for about 2 years for circuit training with the goals: endurance, strength and discipline. Meanwhile, I need this sport for me. (I never thought.) Switch off, get the head free, do good for body and mind! Various martial arts are taught by Grandmaster Dirk Bernsee.
