The Grandmaster Dirk Bernsee also attaches great importance to courtesy, punctuality and respect for other people. In today's world many people no longer take it for granted. ::One way ahead: Absolutely recommendable !!! I am in the martial arts school for about 2 years for circuit training with the goals: endurance, strength and discipline.
