  Unfortunately poor / no customer service, employees tend to chat with each other. Also on request, unfortunately no advice. With a mouth guard on the face, the radar for customer service is probably switched off at the same time, a shame. Just in case someone thinks that one should support the retail trade. I then ordered my sports shoes from Amazon.

  On Black Friday, November 27th, 2020, I bought sweatpants as a gift for my son in the shop. I was assured of an exchange because I wasn't quite sure with the size whether the pants would fit. Since I bought the purchase with a discount of 25%, they explained to me today in an underground way that even the exchange of the same item can only be made if the full product price is paid ??? After all, the business has a sharp drop in sales due to Corona ... so the discount can no longer be granted. Dear staff: every company is suffering from this crisis, I myself have financial losses at my workplace. I wanted to support this location by buying in the store, but I will actually consider purchasing my products elsewhere. I find that extremely customer unfriendly! Thank you for the answer from Intersport. Unfortunately, her unfriendly lady from the sales department didn't explain it that way. I wanted to swap the trousers from size M to S. The surcharge was also explained to me for this action. In addition, the trousers were not available in size S, not even in another store, although an inventory of one item was booked. I had offered to pick them up on Friday of this week if you can get the same pants. Unfortunately that was not possible ... Since the trousers in size M were too big, we looked for an alternative and then made a decision ... because we didn't feel like having further discussions with the lady. I don't understand how you deal with customers here.
