After all, the business has a sharp drop in sales due to Corona ... so the discount can no longer be granted. Dear staff: every company is suffering from this crisis, I myself have financial losses at my workplace. I wanted to support this location by buying in the store, but I will actually consider purchasing my products elsewhere. I find that extremely customer unfriendly! Thank you for the answer from Intersport. Unfortunately, her unfriendly lady from the sales department didn't explain it that way. I wanted to swap the trousers from size M to S. The surcharge was also explained to me for this action. In addition, the trousers were not available in size S, not even in another store, although an inventory of one item was booked. I had offered to pick them up on Friday of this week if you can get the same pants. Unfortunately that was not possible ... Since the trousers in size M were too big, we looked for an alternative and then made a decision ... because we didn't feel like having further discussions with the lady. I don't understand how you deal with customers here.
