::In the past, the Lamm Hotel was one of my favourite accommodations in Mosbach. I come here very often for the spring festival and to visit friends. The service is usually friendly and the hotel rooms are clean and in a good condition. This time, I unfortunately made a bad experience with the service. I reserved a room for myself and my sister. My sister had a change of plans and decided not to travel with me. That's why I had to rebook from a double to a single room via the Lamm website (rebooking link in confirmation email). I selected a new room and got a new booking reference - so far so good. When I arrived, the receptionist told me that there are two reservations in his system on my name and that I probably also have to pay 80% for the additional room for no-show, unless he would be able to re-sell it on his website. When I checked out, he insisted that I have to pay also for the other room even after I told him that I have made the rebooking via his system and that his system is probably not working correctly. At the end, I paid for the room but this was probably the last time for me staying at the Lamm.

::Really cute house - 3 stars superior. very good money for the value: nice rooms, modern and clean, very good breakfast and good food at the restaurant. Very friendly staff. A good location for experiencing the surroundings. Mosbach is a very cute, interesting city. All worth a stay.

::The room, bed and bathroom were good. The TV was quite small and in the 2nd floor the WLAN signal is not very good. I was a little bit disappointed of the breakfast.

::If you are looked for an old century feeling, the Lamm in Mosbach is the place to go. There are many buildings that are centuries old and the charm of the community is wonderful. The hotel Lamm is quaint and cozy. Be careful though, you have to step down into the room, up into the bathroom, and up again into the shower.
