::Very nice place to stay. I’ve tried several other places in Bensheim but I can say truly that their quality is really good and I cannot think of a better restaurant here in this small town; there is a good variety of classic and elevated dishes available as well as drinks. The service is excellent above all else.

::We booked a room on the hotel website with breakfast included. Upon arrival we were told at the reception that they you can not book a room with breakfast included on their website. After we showed the confirmation e-mail (which stated breakfast included) They still did not want to provide us with breakfast. We were told that this was probably a fault on their English variant of their website and that they will look into it. After admitting the failure was on their side, they still did not offer us some of our money back or breakfast. This is quite bad service in our opinion. The hotel itself is fine. Nothing exceptionally good or bad to mention.

::Fomfortable beds, and Nice clean Rooms and bathrooms Restaurants, really delicious food, and beers for everyone. Breakfast was so appetising. The staff was helpful, and always smiling. It will not be the last time we come there.
