  Absolutely love the place, very clean, very good service, friendly personel. 15 minutes walk from Alexanderplatz, very convenient.

  Fine hotel at a nice location, just out of Alexanderplatz which is a little too sketchy for me. Room was nice clean and had a nice view + we woke up with the sunset shining into our room every day. Sauna was closed but thats understandable because of covid. The breakfast was varied but didnt taste that good, especially the coffee was a lil watered. Overall a nice stay! Note: the hotel is next to a hospital so be aware of ambulances coming by every 20 minutes. It is do-able though.

  Hotel needs to be downgraded to 3 stars. Quite a trek from Alexanderplatz. The gym and spa were closed, air con was broken during the hottest weekend of the year and no tea/coffee making in the room. The breakfast was just OK. There is better value to be found in the city.

  Fantastic hotel near the centre of the city! Exceptionally clean, pleasant staff and excellent breakfast choices including healthy, organic foods as well as more traditional breads and hot foods. Best is the fresh coffee machine with freshly ground coffee beans of all flavours. Close to public transport and walking distance to some major city attractions and restaurants. If you are seeking a quiet, comfortable room, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!
