  Very nice room and the beds were lovely. Super clean and with a few push touches to the room, such as a flat screen TV and individual lights next to each bed. The WiFi wasn't good for watching video, so I decided to move elsewhere. Would recommend if you want a clean, comfortable bed in a very civilized setting. The entry hallway is fabulous and the Spanish lady at the desk during the day was really helpful and friendly

  I tried many hostel in berlin in and in other countries and Singer109 is by far the best hostel i visit so far. Friendly staff, clean rooms, amazing atmosphere,.. i highly recommend it

  Nice place, service was good, rooms were clean and breakfast was excellent, but sadly it's a bit of a long walk from the train (12-15 mins), which is the best way to get to anywhere, there is no kettle in the rooms, and more importantly, there's no place to get dinner or lunch nearby.

  Although the hostel was quite clean, the staff is quite rude. They refused to sell drinks despite it being a friend's birthday and kept asking us to wait 10 minutes before they do anything else. While checking out, they refused to give us the refund for the room key. I would recommend to stay away.

  Singer 109 is nothing short of a disappointment. From the broken shower to the scratchy bed linens Singer 109 appeared more like a run down frat house rather than a respectable establishment. The dormitory was littered with liquor bottles and cigarette buds with the occasional condom lying in the table. I would highly recommend avoiding this hostel as not only your vacation but your health could be at risk.
