::Freundliche und engagierte Wirtsleute! Saubere, helle Zimmer. Die Balkons zur Stadt hin ermöglichen Gespräche in normaler Lautstärke ohne dass der Nachbar mithört, da der Bach davor eine angenehme Geräuschkulisse erzeugt ;-) Frühstück gut und günstig.

::We travel regularly from Switzerland to the Baltic Sea. Years ago we were looking for an accommodation where we could make a stopover so as not to drive the whole route in one day. We were made aware of the Hotel Heissinger and have booked. And so we have stayed at the Hotel Heissinger for years when we go on vacation. The Heissinger family is always very friendly. We have felt very comfortable since the first time we are there. We have also stayed in different rooms. All rooms are very lovingly furnished and maintained. And the breakfast is also first class. Our scales groan every time we were at the Hotel Heissinger. The place Bad Berneck is beautiful! That is why we as the whole family can wholeheartedly recommend the Hotel Heissinger!

::Lovely charming hotel in beautiful old village. Wonderful hosts, very friendly and obliging. We stayed in a comfort room, which was large and had 2 balconies overlooking the stream and the town. Great walks in the surrounding forest. 15 minute drive to the cultural attractions of Bayreuth and not far from autobahn for day trips. Very relaxing. Would recommend as a base for a walking and driving holiday to this region.

::The hotel is in a quiet, small town. It has very small parking, but we were lucky to get a place. The staff is very kind and helpful. I would give 5 stars if breakfast was included in the original price. The value-for-price is now not satisfactory.
