  Ich war jetzt einige Male in der Filiale hier in München. Ich war anfangs skeptisch ob die Mitarbeiter auch das öko Thema leben und mir auch gut rüber bringen können. Und ich gebe zu, die Leute sind super unterwegs. Alle meine Fragen wurden 1 A beantwortet. Großen Dank dafür!!! Und noch etwas, ich habe mir dort eine Natur Matratze gekauft. Ich schlafe seitdem Super. Einfach professionell (der Mitarbeiter hat sich über eine Stunde für mich Zeit genommen) Danke.... ich komme wieder!

  Die Ware war ist etwas teuer, aber extrem hochwertig. Und man wird kompetent beraten, was früher leider nicht immer so war. Weiter so

  Sehr enttäuscht. There are two things this store should guarantee: quality of the products and good service. It's the second time we buy high-quality bedsheets and pillow cases (I'm sure I don't have to tell you that they are not cheap). This time, they didn't have two identical sets of bedsheets available, so I bought one and the staff offered to deliver the second one to my home address. Problems: 1) The store is not fully stocked, and they can't guarantee delivery in 2-3 days. 2) I asked that they register me as a customer, and they didn't, they used my partners' customer information instead. 3) I asked them NOT to send an email to confirm the order because it was a surprise gift, and they delivered an email anyway. 4) I got charged delivery costs for a package, when I could have easily picked up the package at the store. 5) When I called to complain, they said that I should have informed myself about the delivery costs in the brochure. A tip for the store owner: If this store offered a better service, I would probably be there more often. It's a pitty that I stop buying at Grüne Erde.

  Wir fühlten uns gleich wie in einer anderen Welt. So heimelig. Sehr schöner Laden, tolle Atmosphäre, nette und kompetente Verkäufer. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Sortiment ist groß und besonders. Hier kommen wir gerne wieder!
