::Rudeness personified by the lady with glasses at the counter. Unable or unwilling to print purchased parcel stamps via the DHL app. It's not the first time that the line has reached the door and the lady behind the counter has private conversations in peace and quiet and gets upset about the customers. If you have any problems, it is best to contact another parcel shop straight away. I'm just going to Jügesheim, where I'll receive a friendly welcome.
