::Don't deserve a star!!!!!! I've never experienced anything so ridiculous, the owners' daughter was so unfriendly because there were problems with printing, she didn't want to help me, she didn't even let me finish, I've never seen anything so arrogant, it's a shame that I have to have such a bad experience I went there several times but that was the last time. There are also plenty of other Deutsche Post branches and copy shops...

::One star is already too much! I actually don't like to write bad reviews, but the way I was treated there was a disgrace. The blonde, younger lady is just aiming for the end of the day and 20 minutes beforehand she says "No, no, we're full! Nothing's going to work today!" - No hello or anything else. Even when I just wanted my question about the show answered, I received a curt answer and the question remained unanswered. Customer service and friendliness are a foreign word here. It's better to drive 5 minutes further instead of going there again. NEVER AGAIN!
