  Luckily we have such a good post office in Bestenheid, you always get the best advice here and the ladies who work there are always friendly and very competent. Hopefully this branch will stay with us for a very long time.

  That is not how it works! That this woman is allowed to work there... It's specifically about the older grandma. The remaining younger employees are nice and competent. No greeting, you are insulted every time, just arrogant and unmannered.

  No greeting when you enter the store and to top it off you are simply ignored for another minute. Then you are told not to put the package upright because it would be easier for you to push it. All customers would always do it “wrong”. The woman apparently hates people in general. Since there was talk of xenophobia in the comments, I'm German and I'm treated very unkindly. It's better to go somewhere else to drop off your packages. The lady doesn't like her job and takes it out on the customers. I come to this branch every few months and it's like this every time! So you can't call it a bad day, which everyone has from time to time.
