::You receive an unfriendly welcome on the phone and arrive 5 minutes before closing time to pick up a package. Everything is dark, the door is locked. The owner then takes pity on speaking to me; with a disdain and shaking of the head that is second to none, she points out to me that I am "too late". 5 minutes before everything was dark, the door was locked. Heartfelt condolences to everyone whose packages are dropped off there or who expects nice services there. The good reviews probably come from friends and acquaintances. I was here the last time, I'd rather go back with my packages.

::If you have a problem with dogs you can go somewhere else. I think the service is good, no one has ever been unfriendly to me. And when you're on vacation, you can be annoyed that you have to go somewhere else, but I think it's wrong to give the store a bad rating because of that.

::Rushed into the store two minutes before closing time to send letters. I was actively helped with the franking so that the letters got out on time and the people were super friendly to me. I'm super satisfied

::Hello, Unfortunately I can't understand the bad reviews. I was always treated and advised in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. Neither the boss nor the extremely peaceful and friendly dog lady were snippy. I like coming to the “two girls” in the store.
