::Short feedback on the way the employees work in this “store”: Apparently the employees want to play the customers for fools. A delivery that arrives there only changes status when the scan takes place. But nothing is scanned in this branch. In addition, you can't seem to pick up anything without a receipt, even if the postman hasn't left a message. In the branch, where nothing is scanned, the employees then claim that you don't have the package. Is this supposed to be some kind of fraud to collect packages that aren't picked up?! Avoid this “store” at all costs. There is absolute incompetence there!

::The employees in this post office not only seem unfriendly, but also overwhelmed. The packages in front of the door are unprotected and pile up without protection from thieves. Despite four visits, my package could not be found, even though the Post&DHL hotline confirmed that it was there. The suspicion that the jewelry was stolen from my package is reinforced by the confusing situation. I strongly advise against using this store - be it for sending packages or buying stationery. A closure would probably be the only solution to this disaster. Update: The research order confirms my delivery is at this branch...
