  Boss very unfriendly!! He treated me badly, my peace. Suppresses and insults his employees. And I tried to clarify this with him, he was very new to me. Totally negative!!

  Great branch, nice boss, friendly staff. Here you will get advice, you won't be talked into the most expensive thing and you will get help if you have any problems.

  To be honest, this was the first bad experience with a German post office. The lady was very unfriendly and unable to give reasonable information. I had obviously done something wrong with a package and she didn't want to help me with my problem, saying: "I only accept packages here and can't tell you anything." If I stand in a post office as a representative of Deutsche Post, then I should also be able to provide information about prices and processes. It was just before closing time and we were probably in a hurry. Very unfortunate and nerve-wracking.
