Customer is king! Unfortunately not valid in this store! When I wanted to pay with my card for my purchase, the saleswoman pointed out a sign that wasn't visible to me in a rude manner and with rude comments. This sign said that card payments were not possible. The saleswoman should urgently work on her dealings with customers, because unfortunately this was not an isolated case. I personally will not visit this store again!!

Sorry, but the blonde young MA - no way 😒 - unreasonable to no end and, as we felt, completely out of place. We praise the postal acceptance at Rewe Kesselsdorfer Str. 1 - the package was accepted without further ado and yes, there are two ladies who trained at the German postal service and have been doing the job for a long time. Therefore, this young woman should first adopt friendliness and move with the times (by which we mean: inquire whether this package can be accepted without further ado - why do you call MAs from the German Post / DHL on the phone beforehand and ask whether this is correct and you then get a yes answer) and not serve the customers with a bitter, unfriendly facial expression. In any case, if you don't have to, you should take your letters/parcels somewhere else. And that is our opinion and experience with this post assumption.

Friendly staff - however I was given incorrect advice regarding postage for a larger postcard. I specifically went to the branch because I was unsure. The lady said that 1 euro would be enough. My friends had to pay an additional 2.60 euros. Once the difference in postage for a large letter is 0.60 euros and a 2 euros penalty fee. Or does the post office in Bavaria have different fees?!
