The last! Does not even hand over the package to fully authorized representatives with an existing collection card within the collection period. Afterwards, untruthfully claims that they refused to accept the package and just maliciously sent the package back to the sender. The DHL employee there abuses his private problems with customers, only to deliberately damage them. This branch should be closed.

Very good service, nice and friendly staff. I cannot understand the statements made by some customers (some racist statements) Usually such customers should be banned from the house. I don't find it understandable that some customers complain about long lines. Sometimes you just have to be patient.

One unreasonable imposition, a shame that there are no zero stars! The DHL counter is at the far corner of the small oriental grocery store and the queue goes through the whole store almost to the entrance. The impudent woman at the counter is not organized at all and doesn't know her way around. A huge mess and unbelievable waiting times! Since I don't speak Turkish, my criticism of her bounced off completely. Nothing will change there either. The only way out is to another post office.

Very unprofessional, long queues across the tiny shop with no minimum distance, unfriendly (outrageous) sound. The experienced old employees were fired and replaced by snippy, hysterical and disoriented girls from the Orient. The tone has become very unfriendly. Everything is just going tough and extremely slow and uncoordinated. You don't feel at home there anymore. The little detour is now worthwhile for me to go somewhere else and then better go shopping somewhere else. I don't go there anymore.

When I was there it was really busy. Unfortunately, many customers before me had a collection card with them and the packages weren't there yet. The eternal search has brought the whole operation to a standstill. However, handing in a letter or a parcel works flawlessly and was implemented quickly.
