::I am always satisfied here. Often come with large amounts of packages. The employees and the boss are always well informed and can also help with special questions. I have never had any problems with either dropping it off or picking it up. What I think is great: a parking space in front of the branch is actually always free. I can absolutely recommend it.

::Terrible branch. The boss is rarely there and gives his employees all the work. These jump from DHL to Hermes and back and forth and he's rarely there. At the moment there is so much going on at the end of Christmas and he's not there. His people are great and very kind and patient. The people outside are up on the street and he's somewhere else. That will not do!!!
