  As a regular customer of the post office in Postbauer-Heng, I am consistently impressed by their excellent service. The staff is always friendly and helpful, there were never any problems. Your efficient and proactive way of working ensures quick processing. Highly recommended!

  We're sorry if we're not always in a great mood, but customers like Ms. "A B" and "Mel Ly" in the reviews here, who treat us as extremely unfriendly and snappy, don't improve your mood. Telling me as a boss that I'm not allowed to have private conversations in my own shop is an impudence and I don't have to accept this. Our customers are extremely nice and friendly, which we really appreciate, but customers like those mentioned above are welcome to use a better service at another post office.   Unfriendly service, long waiting times because private conversations are more important. You also get yelled at by the “nice” ladies.

  I have dropped off 3 shipments at the store in the last 8 weeks and 2 of them have disappeared. You shouldn't expect any help. You will only be insulted in an unfriendly manner. I didn't notice anything about friendliness or competence. Actually, one star is still too many...
