Telling me as a boss that I'm not allowed to have private conversations in my own shop is an impudence and I don't have to accept this. Our customers are extremely nice and friendly, which we really appreciate, but customers like those mentioned above are welcome to use a better service at another post office. ::I have dropped off 3 shipments at the store in the last 8 weeks and 2 of them have disappeared. You shouldn't expect any help. You will only be insulted in an unfriendly manner. I didn't notice anything about friendliness or competence. Actually, one star is still too many...
