::Deutsche Post / DHL Dear Deutsche Post / DHL, On September 1st, 2021 I wanted to hand in a DHL parcel at 5:25 pm in the "Beecker Ledding Lotto / Toto Grobecke", Prämienstraße 52, 41844 Wegberg, Deutsche Post branch 553. I had paid the parcel postage shortly beforehand online and I had the shipping label on my mobile phone. A process that has always worked so far. My cell phone can do this perfectly. A bulky woman around 50 then scanned the shipping label there, but couldn't. Instead of trying it a few times or thinking about what could be improved, she harshly and insolently attacked me, saying that it would not be possible. That was the end of the process for them. And she left me behind without having achieved anything and dealt with the next customer (because her job really cannot be described as “serving”). I asked her to try again. Her answer: she could try that 586 more times, then it would still not work. And she just left me there again, end. If you consider that she is not the queen of DHL and can determine who is allowed to ship and who is not (because that's how she behaves), but that I had already bought your service and she just HAS to execute it, then the extent becomes their derailment visible. Incidentally, I am certainly not the only one who has not been granted the grace of being able to send something in branch 553. The package is a birthday present that can no longer arrive in time! I have never come across such rude and customer contempt at Hermes or the like.
