::Unfortunately very disappointing. No diagnosis could be made for over 6 months. I was repeatedly told that I should continue to wear a splint. The “physiotherapy” prescribed afterwards consists of applying the over-the-counter ointment Diclofenac. I couldn't find a physiotherapist. I was now able to get the diagnosis from another doctor. Unfortunately, my ankle is very damaged due to wearing a splint unnecessarily for 6 months and I need treatment to rebuild it. Maybe I was just unlucky, it's certainly not all bad. But for me the whole experience was subpar and after 6 months I am worse off than when I started.

::This review only concerns the scheduling of appointments! The lady told me that no appointment was possible until July. Not even then since her calendar hasn't progressed to July yet. The call was today April 3rd, 2024 - Even with severe pain and almost no possibility of walking stairs, there was no willingness.

::Despite having an appointment, I waited almost two hours. The people at the registration desk are also quite unfriendly. I don't think the older doctor was nice to deal with. I didn't feel like he was listening to me, taking me seriously or even seriously examining me. Not recommended at all! The younger doctor was a little more empathetic and at least tried to take a minute and explain things. I am not satisfied and would not recommend the practice!

::I came as an emergency and was treated immediately (of course with a waiting period, understandably). I was also able to get an MRI very quickly. In Munich, where I live, I wouldn't have had the MRI until 5 weeks later! I can only report positive things from a professional point of view and I have known a lot of orthopedists in different cities over the years. But usually only those who have had bad experiences rate it...

::Not recommendable!! Very incompetent and unfriendly ladies at the registration desk. My father received a referral and recommendation from his family doctor and just wanted to make an appointment. He has a foreign (French) accent and immediately got the feeling that he wasn't being taken seriously and the tone of the lady on the phone immediately became sharper and snippy. She also almost called him by his first name and turned around at the last moment. My dad was a nurse in an intensive care unit for decades (which of course he didn't mention. Why would he?). He stated his diagnosis and the lady said whether it was arterial or venous and he said that his diagnosis always affected the arteries. The lady then shouted at him and said very unkindly how he was supposed to know this. In a practice like this, I assume that the ladies at reception have at least a little knowledge of the subject! The lady simply hung up the phone and he didn't get an appointment. Two days later he visited the practice to explain the situation. There he got the answer that the appointment planner for November wouldn't work (it was mid-October when he was there) And again he didn't get an appointment. I'm also a nurse and I've never had anything this sad happen to me in any healthcare company. I really hope doctors read something like this to understand how their staff treats patients. The previous recessions definitely reflect our experience.
