Even in times of Covid-19 and a massive number of patients that trying to visit him I feel that I am in good hands and without an appointment I never had to wait longer than 30 min. when arriving a few minutes before they open. Besides the fact that Dr. Carsten Schwarz speaks perfectly English, he is the right person for you: always prompt to help you, to assist you in a very competent and polite way and able to steer you to the most appropriate Doctor.
