  Only take patients where the zip code is correct, even if you only live 7 minutes away ... in which society do we actually live ... What a shame!

  Very good doctor I have been a patient there since I was little and one is treated very well there. Ms. Braun always takes the time and knows how to deal with anxious patients, thanks to her I am happy to go to the ophthalmologist again

  I was there on a Friday with an infection in my eye hurting badly explaining the situation that I previously had an infection in the same eye and used an antibiotic but the doctor (Dr. Christina van Mickwitz, do not go to her as well!) who examined me then, rejected to take care of me claiming that she was booked out. Then the receptionist told me that she cannot accept me because I have to go to my previous doctor although I explained her the situation. I do not understand how a receptionist can reject a patient on a Friday with an eye infection knowing that there will not be available doctors over the weekend and the infection will get worse. What is the logic behind not being able to change a doctor especially after knowing that the previous treatment obviously did not work? How can a doctor not be smart and flexible enough to examine a case with the name of previously used antibiotic and consequences? Just unbelievable!

  Appointment booked with two weeks in advance, speaking English with the lady on the phone. After arriving before appointment time, and waiting for about 1hour, the doctor does not speak English. No way to tell her what was my problem. Very bad service! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
