  I would like to rate the logistics center in Rostock negatively. 1 star is still too much. We had a letter with money to our mother franked as registered mail at the post office in Mülheim Heißen. As a registered mail (big mistake) The registered letter with tracking number was sent on its way On October 10th, 2023, the registered letter was sent to the post office, labeled, and on October 11th, 2023 it was already listed as received in the Rostock logistics center in the region. Our letter to our mother has been being processed there since October 11, 2023. The fact is, our letter with 50 € arrived at the Rostock logistics center and from then on it disappeared and could not be found again When we asked about the fate of our registered mail, the post office replied that we were not entitled to a replacement and that our registered mail was not insured. It is sent and arrives in the region at a logistics distribution center. And then an employee at the distribution center realizes that the registered mail is not insured, and your birthday greetings plus a little gift are simply gone. You should be ashamed of yourself! Conveying letters is a matter of trust! Do the letters that were previously registered by a computer simply end up in the drain or on the compost heap, or why do letters with value simply disappear in the Rostock distribution center?   10:44 Parcel loaded, 10:59 400m further Parcel weighing 23kg delivered, dropped to the ground and then disappeared. Goods defective, complaint cannot be made on site because it is a major customer??? Was sent on to the DHL branch in Globus. I was helped there, but the employees couldn't understand why the package wasn't accepted at Ahornring. I'm curious to see how the damage will be settled - hopefully more competently than customers will be treated here.
