::When DHL packages are brought to this kiosk, you can expect to be able to pick up the package 2 to 4 days later, if at all. I've had problems picking up packages there three times because they supposedly weren't delivered or the driver did something wrong, etc. This doesn't happen at any other DHL branch, only at this kiosk. At Rewe, the employees are very friendly and you can often even pick up the packages on the same day. But this kiosk has no overview of the mail and parcels at all, no order and it's always someone else's fault and then becomes unfriendly. I have instructed DHL that the drivers should no longer bring the packages there.

::Small, fine kiosk. Very neat and good assortment. I've seen everything from drinks to envelopes and even rain ponchos. But not so full of fropped and “dirty”. Very nice staff!

::Please do NOT send my packages here. He is never open. Everytime I get a package here I have to visit many times before I get my package - it means I always get my package 3-5 days later. He already has very limited opening times and in those times he is too often out with a small message on the door saying he‘ll be back ... but I've waited 30 minutes for an important package and he didn't come back.
