  This branch is a disaster, Mr. Thomas and his employees are not even able to answer the phone or respond to emails, modern bank service looks completely different, the head office can close this branch and you can't reach anyone anyway... .

  Cashless branch where you are also unable to complete the usual formalities. The request is admittedly accepted in a friendly manner and therefore given a second star beyond the mandatory requirement in the rating, but is passed on. But the local conditions are much worse. Shortly after entering and going through the self-service machine area, you come across the reception counter. Confidential questions, which admittedly have to be asked a little louder in Corona times because of (sensible) face masks, can be heard (slightly exaggerated) all the way to the sidewalk in front of the building. At least it is definitely not possible to place even short, confidential inquiries here due to the lack of a suitable spatial distance from those following you. In my opinion, a situation that is neither customer-friendly nor makes any sense at all, and which reduces any customer-friendliness to absurdity.

  Small, “cashless” bank branch. When I deposited cash into one of my accounts at the ATM, the machine confiscated my card instead of issuing it as promised. The employee allegedly couldn't do anything. I couldn't deposit the rest of the cash, which was too much when I made the first deposit, at the counter because it was a "cashless branch", which I personally find absurd for a bank. It didn't go into the account either because there was no card. But the employee was very friendly. 3 points for that.

  Very good and quick advice. Well-equipped and easy-to-use terminals. Deposits, withdrawals etc. Feasible

  You really get help here. Always competent and always friendly and always looking for a solution to a possible problem. Many thanks to all the ladies in the Bensheim branch (I haven't had any contact with male employees yet) for the always very good support. And the fact that the ladies were just as charming and attractive as the espresso from the coffee machine was good is perhaps just a minor matter, but one that will be remembered.
