::I'd like to thank Beraterin Kundenservice Sigrid Lukoschek for her helpfulness and personal approach. Speaking with her I feel myself THE SPECIAL client of the bank. Frau Petra Draisbach, also working in my favourite bank branch is a true August 2021 Star. She manages easily all the quests of online and regular banking never being tired of one more question. This is all we need in times of uncertainty.

::This is the most unprofessional bank I ever dealed with. Ugly approach to the customers I ever seen. As a few examples, Brunch representatives without saying a word simply redirect to the Online banking via phone even though action to be taken by brunch people. I have to wait tens and tens minutes staying on the line to reach anybody in Deutsche bank by phone. I can not unblock my credit card already more than 1 week and NOBODY can solve it. The only thing is happening is that I am every time redirected to numerous people. Yesterday got a call from them with confirmation that credit card is unblocked. But when I tried to pay by it in supermarket, in the reality it was not. The ugliest bank ever.
