  Unfortunately, as a KSK customer, I couldn't deposit any money there, which surprised me because I always thought the banks only wanted our money. :P Had to drive to Groß-Gerau to make the deposit.

  Recently, if you want to withdraw money from this ATM with a Visa card, you will be punished with a €200 limit. You only get €200 per withdrawal and you can repeat this 3 times, so you can withdraw a maximum of €600. Or you will be rejected, depending on which bank you are with. DKB, for example, is rejected. The Sparkasse wants to deter customers from direct banks (DKB, Ing Diba etc.), which can make free withdrawals worldwide. Pretty cheap number, we can only hope that the savings banks lose even more customers and then disappear from the scene at some point. Simply merging ATMs with Volksbank without deposit functions is poor. As a Volksbank customer you cannot make deposits at this machine. Halving the number of branches, €5.90 fees for third-party withdrawals, penalty interest, etc.! For my part, I will stand up again during peak business hours, withdraw three times and make 4-5 possibly savings bank customers behind me wait for 10 minutes, explaining to them what the policy is and why they now have to queue longer.

  I am also very disappointed with the current range of services offered by the KSK in Bauschheim. Yesterday I had to wait 15 minutes in front of the door because a couple couldn't find their way around the Volksbank ATM. Other customers who were still waiting behind me got up and drove away again. Deactivating the transfer form mailbox is also a further step backwards. For a few days now, the mailbox at the Volksbank branch has had a notice that only transfers from Rü. Volksbank can be processed. Savings bank customers may have already deposited their transfers there - all at very high fees.

  Unfortunately it's getting worse and worse...now you can't even put in a transfer slip. In addition, there is competition in the "house" which means long waiting times at the machines

  All employees are exemplary friendly and very helpful. Hopefully the staff will stay with the customers for a long time.
