::Small but mighty! Deutsche Bank's Private Banking Center in Buchholz lives up to its name. It is private and personal there, you feel like you are taken seriously as a customer and requests and questions are addressed individually. Our consultants, Ralf Jäntsch and Marion Wegner, have been with us since 2010 and are always available personally during office hours or will get back to you immediately. In times of call centers and centralization, this is real added value for me as a customer. Despite my relative lack of knowledge about financial questions, I am in good hands here and the issues are explained in layman's terms. Here you meet at eye level and are not a supplicant in an intimidating gigantic building. So, even if Deutsche Bank's services are not the cheapest, the value can be found in the advice and expertise. I would go here again and again as a customer.
