::Ms. Schulz is an angel! I made an appointment because I was advised to do so in an email. Ms. Schulz called me a week in advance because she had seen this and explained to me that the advice was only for private customers and clarified potential contacts with me. Finally, I was able to send her my documents and she made sure that everything was in the right place. Fortunately, I was able to save myself the trip to the appointment and the time.
