  It is a complete disaster! As a commercial customer, I strongly advise against this bank. It feels like unskilled employees are let loose on the customers. Very long processing times, no direct dialing, only hotline calls, contact persons who do not deserve this title. We waited a month and spoke patiently with every contact person. After 6 conversations with 6 different interlocutors, we are now opening the account with another bank.

  I was not given a package because the package says Max and the ID card says Maximilian it has never happened to me like this just a joke

  The employees of the Postbank / DPDHL post office are always friendly and can usually help. Unfortunately, due to the high number of parcels, there are more and more (sometimes very) long waiting times, it is best to avoid the peak times around noon and opening times. Otherwise very modern and well-kept branch.

  Great office! Clean and many Swiss Post products are on offer! Staff are friendly and helpful and take the time everyone needs! Unfortunately, at some times it is so busy that you have to queue outside!
