  We wanted to do a trip (6 people) as a group. The trip should start on May 9th. At my first appointment to give the tickets back, they said only that it goes until the 30.4. Now I was there again and they said it only applies to travel until 4.5. But even on May 9th we could not do a group trip. The reason for the trip is also over. What a company! Hotels make their reservations etc. only the German railways cause us problems. We are angry that we cannot get our money back.

  The largest juice store in Germany, almost always late, high prices and packed seats in some sections. The toilet often does not work, so the sink serves as a toilet.

  Poor service, actually NO SERVICE! Another terrible DB train ride - Amsterdam to Cologne. First Class tickets and seating. Zero service. Bistro / food service not open the entire journey. No coffee - nothing. All toilets in First class out of service. I'm on the train now. Multiple unscheduled stops added 1hour to travel time. Worst of all - DB does not care, as evidence by all the poor reviews, and still they don't improve their customer service or customer experience. I'm a tour guide. I ride 20-30 train routes per year with groups. Waiting for more "Flix train routes! DB is a waste of money.

  A very uncomfortable trip! I went from Berlin to Praga with DB (2º class) and I can say it was one of the most uncomfortable trips I’ve ever done. In the 6 people compartment you barely can sit without touching the front and side people’s legs, besides very little space for yourself and just two energy sockets in the window seats. After a 4 hour trip I was exhausted. Either you take their trains for short trips, either you go in the first class if you don’t want to go through a resistance marathon.

  There is a bike rental service outside. Just use the phone so to rent one.
